Through presentation, inquiry, celebration and topped off with the grace and power of Nia movement, this workshop will INVIGORATE you and invite you to research the profound gifts of your feminine truth.
Sisters, it is time for a new truth and I believe on some level we are all hungry (if not starving) for it. This work is about restoring a legacy within ourselves, between each other and between all mothers and daughters in the generations to come. The feminine is the creative source (and I am not just talking babies). These are exciting times to explore and align with all that this means.
